Thermo aspen is aspen wood that has undergone thermal modification at high temperatures without the use of chemical additives. During treatment, the wood gains a more stable structure, reduced moisture absorption, and a deep, refined tone.

Thermo aspen combines the natural qualities of aspen with enhanced resistance to temperature and humidity fluctuations, making it a highly demanded material for modern saunas. 

Thermal treatment takes place at temperatures up to 200–220 °C in a low-oxygen environment. As a result:

• Hygroscopicity is reduced
• Dimensional stability is increased
• Sensitivity to humidity changes decreases
• The color becomes warmer and richer

The material remains fully eco-friendly — only heat and steam are used.
